The CTE Department focuses on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs across the region, ensuring alignment with the Arkansas Division of Career and Technical Education Strategic Plan, goals, and objectives. As part of this work, the CTE Coordinator provides leadership, guidance, and resources to support districts—both within the consortium and as individual LEAs—in building and maintaining strong CTE systems.

As Career and Technical Education continues to move to the forefront through the Arkansas LEARNS Act, this work has become increasingly critical. The CTE Coordinator plays a key role in aligning programs to workforce needs, supporting districts in meeting state expectations, and expanding opportunities for students through high-quality, relevant career pathways.
